3. Donations and Tax Exemption (80G)
By making a donation to Oxygreen Foundation, you certify that:
- The funds provided are your own and are sourced through lawful channels.
- For Indian tax exemption claims, you must provide your legal name and a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) during checkout.
- A certificate under Section 80G of the Indian Income Tax Act will be generated and sent to you electronically based on the PAN details provided.
4. Refund Policy
Oxygreen Foundation is a registered Section 8 non-profit organization. Donations are voluntary contributions made towards ecological restoration.
- General Rule: Donations are non-refundable once the transaction is completed.
- Exceptions: In the event of an accidental duplicate transaction, technical failure, or unauthorized card use, donors must report the issue to us at foundationoxygreen@gmail.com within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original source within 10-15 working days, minus standard transaction fees.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise specified, all content on this site—including articles, field reports, photos, graphics, logos, and layouts—is the intellectual property of Oxygreen Foundation. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of this material for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to present accurate, up-to-date information regarding our plantation stats, financial transparency, and site locations.
